Born and raised in Rhode Island, Chef Brian loves making good food with great people. He is a proud father, devoted husband and has worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years, starting as a dishwasher and working his way up. He attended Tony Gemignani’s International School of Pizza and is a Certified Pizzaiolo from Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli, the oldest and most prestigious pizza school. Chef Brian is always exploring new products, researching ingredients and applying new techniques in his kitchen.
