Spreading holiday cheer with a simple to make Antipasto Wreath and our Bella Napoli..because everyday feels like the weekend during the holiday season. 😉🙌🏻 🌲
Ingredients:
1-pint cherry tomato
1/2 pound mixed Greek olives
8 ounces fresh Mozzarella balls
4 ounces sliced salami, artichoke hearts, peperoncino peppers, or roasted red bell peppers
1 bunch fresh rosemary or MORE for a more festive wreath than mine. 😉🙌🏻
A good pour of your favorite olive oil
1 teaspoon aged balsamic vinegar
A big pinch of Bella Napoli
30 bamboo skewers
Instructions:
Thread a mixture of tomatoes, olives, mozzarella, and salami onto each skewer, until you run out of ingredients.
Arrange the skewers on a large plate in a wreath pattern.
Weave the rosemary amongst the skewers to finish the wreath. Definitely add more Rosemary than I did. 🤦🏻♀️
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and our Bella Napoli (Our sea salt with oregano, basil, garlic, thyme, fennel seed, crushed red pepper, parsley and marjoram).
✨Here you can either drizzle this mixture over the skewers or pour mixture into a small bowl and place in the center of the wreath to dip torn up pieces of a fresh baguette (not pictured, but highly encourage you to get your 🥖 from Le Bec Sucre. Yum!
Cheers and SEAsoning Greetings!
